Roissy is an unforgiving airport: three terminals spread over several kilometres, drop-off zones saturated at peak hours, controls that stretch exit times. Velour builds those constraints in. Your flight is tracked from the day before: if landing slips by two hours, your chauffeur slips with it, without you having to call and without a surcharge.

Departures from Paris to CDG
For a departure, we recommend pick-up 3 h 30 before a long-haul flight and 2 h 30 before a Schengen flight. Your chauffeur drops you at the departures level of the exact terminal on your ticket and walks you to the entrance if you wish.

Roissy has nine terminals across three zones and roughly twenty kilometres of internal roads. Our chauffeurs wait at your flight's own arrival door, not at the most convenient car park. The flight is tracked from the day before: a delay, a terminal reassignment, and the pick-up time resets with nothing for you to report.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing for you to do. The flight is tracked live and pick-up is realigned to the actual landing time. Sixty minutes of waiting are included after landing at no extra cost.
Will the chauffeur wait inside the terminal?
Yes. Meet and greet takes place in arrivals, with a name board on request. You can also choose a pick-up at the drop-off zone: just say so at booking.
How early should I leave Paris for my flight?
