Velour operates in Paris and the Île-de-France region, in Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Nice and Monaco, as well as Courchevel, Deauville and anywhere in France on request. Long-distance runs such as Paris to the French Riviera are driven by a single chauffeur from door to door.
How is the price of my ride calculated?
The price is calculated live. You enter your pick-up and drop-off addresses, Velour measures the real driving distance and duration, then applies the rate of the class you selected. The amount shown is firm, tax included, with chauffeur and fuel covered.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is taken in full at booking through Stripe, with 256-bit SSL encryption. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. Velour never stores card details.
How far in advance should I book?
A confirmed booking two hours before pick-up is usually possible. For the Maybach, Range Rover Vogue SV and long hourly hires, 24 hours' notice guarantees the vehicle you want.
Will the chauffeur wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. Flights are tracked in real time, so pick-up is adjusted to the actual landing time, with 60 minutes of complimentary waiting at airports and 15 minutes in the city.
