Four services in the booking form: city ride, station transfer, airport transfer and hourly hire. Station transfers are charged at the city rate, since stations are within central Paris — 15 km included, against 40 km on an airport transfer. Beyond that, the per-kilometer rate applies to the real distance. Hourly hire: minimum 3 hours, rising to 6 hours for the V-Class Exclusive VIP, the Range Rover Vogue SV and the Maybach models.

FAQ

Rates — frequently asked questions

Are Velour rates fixed?

Yes. The amount shown at booking is firm and final, tax included. It covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, insurance and refreshments on board. Only tolls and specifically requested parking can be added, and they are quoted before you confirm.

How does the per-kilometer rate work?

Each class has a minimum fare covering short urban rides. Beyond that, a per-kilometer rate applies to the real distance measured between your two addresses. That is what makes it possible to price Paris–Cannes as precisely as Opéra–Bastille.

What is hourly hire?

Hourly hire holds a chauffeur and vehicle for a set period, billed by the hour, with no limit on stops. The minimum is 3 hours, rising to 6 hours for the V-Class Exclusive VIP, the Range Rover Vogue SV and the Maybach models.

Does the price change at night or on public holidays?

No. The rate is identical at any hour of the day or night, weekends and public holidays included. A 4 a.m. pick-up on New Year's Day costs the same as a midweek journey.

How is the booking settled?

The booking is paid in full at the time of booking, through Stripe. The journey is only confirmed once payment clears: you receive the confirmation and the invoice by email straight away. For any change, contact Velour directly by phone or WhatsApp.
